It amazes me each time Craig sings praise songs in church. Others have mentioned to him that it inspires them when they hear him (attached to his oxygen) singing with such a strong voice. One song especially brings tears to my eyes - 10,000 Reasons by Matt Redmond. I love to hear my husband singing this ... because I know he believes it. May Our Father give all of us the strength to keep singing these words as our loved ones struggle to breathe.

"The sun comes up
Its a new day dawning
It's time to sing your song again
What ever may pass and whatever lies before me
Let me be singing when the evening comes

Bless the Lord oh my soul
Oh my soul
Worship his holy name
Sing like never before
Oh my soul
I worship your holy name

And on that day when my strength is failing
The end draws near and my time has come
Soon my soul will sing your praise un-ending
10,000 years and there forevermore"

Love to all of my new friends on HnP, Joan

Thank you, Pam. I'm praying that you will have a happy Thanksgiving. I know it will be your first Thanksgiving since John's passing. I can only imagine that this time of year may be especially hard for you. May you remember all the good and fun Thanksgivings you had together. May they bring a smile to your face, knowing you will see him again.

Take care of yourself, Joan
