Has there been any conclusion about what diet is best for ILD? I am not on any particular diet atm.

The only thing I've ever heard and I honestly only saw it once, was that following a diet high in antioxidants may (keyword is may!) slow down the progression of the disease. I may have read it on clinicaltrials.gov . I remember it said some studies have shown it may slow the progression. Since it was nothing radical and made a lot of sense, ever since, I make sure my diet is high in antioxidants.
Has it helped? Who knows. This was 11 years ago and since I've remained fairly stable through the years, maybe it did. Or maybe I would have done this well anyway. Who knows.
