Before starting any type of exercise program, you should consult your family doctor!

1.     Must be endurance exercise.

2.     Before starting, sit and rest for 5 minutes. Take your pulse.

3.     Do light warm-up exercises.

4.     Take adequate rest periods during your exercise session.

5.     Practice breathing techniques during your exercise.

6.     Commit to a regular exercise program.

7.     Never exercise on a full stomach.

8.     Avoid sudden bursts of activity.

9.     Avoid lifting heavy objects.

10.  Watch for warning signs.

11.  Exercise in a controlled environment.

12.  Moderation.
